|Michael Derrick – Managing Director
Michael joined the company after completing a Diploma in Nursing and having worked in the National Health Service for a number of years. Michael is an executive of the East Sussex and Brighton and Hove Registered Care Association. He works closely with the management team providing support and ensuring a high standard of care. Michael is responsible for business planning, budget management and undertaking regular audits of the service provided.

Michelle joined the company in 2008 and brings valuable business leadership and management experience from her career in the national media industry. Michelle oversees the management & maintenance of the company facilities & works closely with the Registered Managers & staff team to ensure the quality of our environment & equipment

Mireille is a qualified Learning Disabilities Tutor & oversees Day Services at Oakdown House. Mireille is dedicated to improving our established day care facilities & implementing an exciting range of activities.
|Caroline Derrick – Training & Development Director
Caroline joined Oakdown House in 1997 as a support worker, progressing through the company and is currently our Training & Development Director. Caroline has a wealth of experience in supporting staff to gain professional qualifications, and is also a qualified trainer in Makaton, Manual Handling & Diploma assessor
