  Robert Topliss, Registered Manager, Oakdown House
Bob has worked with adults with learning disabilities for over 25 years both in care and management. A qualified manager Bob holds an RMA and a number of care and assessing qualifications. Bob leads a team of five Senior Care Coordinators, ensuring delivery of the highest standards of care at Oakdown House..
  Michael Derrick – Managing Director
Michael joined the company after completing a Diploma in Nursing and having worked in the National Health Service for a number of years. Michael is an executive of the East Sussex and Brighton and Hove Registered Care Association. He works closely with the management team providing support and ensuring a high standard of care. Michael is responsible for business planning, budget management and undertaking regular audits of the service provided.
  Michelle Spates – Facilities Director
Michelle joined the company in 2008 and brings valuable business leadership and management experience from her career in the national media industry. Michelle oversees the management & maintenance of the company facilities & works closely with the Registered Managers & staff team to ensure the quality of our environment & equipment
  Mireille Petfield - Day Services Manager
Mireille is a qualified Learning Disabilities Tutor & oversees Day Services at Oakdown House. Mireille is dedicated to improving our established day care facilities & implementing an exciting range of activities.

  Caroline Derrick – Training & Development Director
Caroline joined Oakdown House in 1997 as a support worker, progressing through the company and is currently our Training & Development Director. Caroline has a wealth of experience in supporting staff to gain professional qualifications, and is also a qualified trainer in Makaton, Manual Handling & Diploma assessor
  Charlotte Cialfi - Personnel Manager
Charlotte is a CIPD qualified Personnel Manager and overseas all aspects of staff recruitment and ongoing support, ensuring we follow robust recruitment procedures and always maintain safe staff support levels.
