Our recruitment procedures follow CQC best practice, incorporating the latest ISA/DBS checks. We work very hard to maintain a low rate of staff turnover ensuring care and support is provided by an experienced knowledgeable team.
All our staff undergo an extensive induction period, mentored and supervised by experienced staff, and have access to individual supervision/appraisal sessions with their supervisors at least six times a year. We work hard to be an excellent employer, providing great benefits and support to all of our hard working support team.
It is our policy to offer staff a career structure within the company, progressing from Care Assistant through Key Worker to Team Leader, Senior Team Leader/Care coordinator and on to Management roles.
